Our door supervisors will operate to strict Site Operating Procedures, agreed with you in advance. We understand that every occasion at every venue is different, and as a result our door supervisors are trained to utilise a variety of approaches to suit the circumstances. They are fully trained in conflict management and diffusing situations before they occur, minimising the impact on the enjoyment others are having.
We can supply staff who are first aid trained and fire marshal trained. We train our staff to beyond the industry standard, meaning you get the peace of mind that only comes from knowing your venue is in the safe hands of Specialist Protection Services Ltd.
We can also offer training to your staff in conflict management, or even the BTec Level 2 in Door Supervision, including Physical Intervention training.
